Vocabulary (for people who are not familiar with this topic)
-Bandwidth:The amount of data a router can transfer per second.
-Modems~Modulate-demodulate~: the translator of digital matter from telephone lines so that computers can read them.
-Router:controls the translation of packets.
-Hypertext Markup Language (HTML):Behind the scenes of websites, you don’t see it when you browse, but its there. Your web client and browser work to decode it and create the layout/pictures/etc. to make the website. Like if you want to skip a line, you'd type <p> (now other languages exist, as you will see later)
-TCP/IP:The internet uses this to send packets. Just like HTML, it follows a certain set of rules to do so. You could say that it is the building block of a building block, just like how a nucleotide is related to DNA.
-Web server:A computer that stores HTML files to be sent out as pure HTML to web clients.
-Web client:Common computer, uses a browser to translate the HTML sent from the web server.
-Packets:Little chunks of data sent separately so that the Web Client doesn't overload, and so that there in no crashing of data.
-browser: Translates the raw HTML into what you see here.
-Hypertext: Concept of clicking on a word with a mouse to bring you to another related topic.
